CHILDBIRTH SERIES + CLASSES
What To Expect And When To Book
Which class is right for me?
The Nest Family Resource has spent years cultivating a local birth education class to support families in our area, no matter the birth plan or family dynamic. Our Embracing Birth classes are fully inclusive, comprehensive and taught by professionals working in the perinatal field for decades.

We encourage families to attend a birth class in the third trimester of pregnancy, between weeks 30-35 are best. All bookings for our birth classes include the birthing parent and their partner, or birth attendant.

The Nest offers two different classes, a 4-part comprehensive Embracing Birth & Beyond class or express class for families with less time or who need a more affordable class without sacrificing the quality of the education and experience.
