My name is Kayla, and I'm a Holistic Fertility Coach who understands the longing for a fulfilling fertility journey. My background in nursing provided a strong foundation, but I craved a path that incorporated a more holistic approach to health.
Witnessing the limitations of traditional healthcare and experiencing my own fertility journey, I developed a desire to empower women through natural approaches to fertility. This led me to pursue holistic fertility coaching.

Fertility Support Circle

A free online community for women who are navigating the path to motherhood. If you are just starting or have been trying to conceive for a while, this is for you if you are looking for community and support on your journey.
My weekly fertility support circle is a safe place for you to come and join other women who understand what you are going through. My role is to hold space and honor your unique journey and help you navigate challenges along the way.
Happening every Thursday at 4 PM PST
Infertility is hard enough, it shouldn't be isolating.
As a fertility coach, I will help you cultivate nourishing habits that will help build a strong foundation for your fertility journey and beyond. I believe that our fertility is an expression of our body’s overall wellness, which is why I take a whole-body approach to healing. My approach is holistic, evidence-based and individualized.
I also offer homeopathic care for acute ailments such as flus/colds, bumps/bruises, pregnancy and postpartum complaints and more. With a full homeopathic dispensary, so you can take home your remedy - same day or purchase remedies to have on hand at home.
